Preparations are underway for Oppo to unveil the Oppo Find X8, their upcoming flagship smartphone. Although the formal announcement won’t come for several months, recent leaks and benchmarks have provided us with an idea of what to anticipate.
Oppo Find X8 Geekbench details
MediaTek Dimensity 9400, a potent CPU, will be the Oppo Find X8’s central component. In contrast, the more expensive Find X8 Ultra may come with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor.
In both the single-core and multi-core tests, the Find X8 scored 2874 and 8969 points, respectively. Given their low numbers, these results might not be a true reflection of Dimensity 9400’s capabilities. The D9400 chip reportedly includes three Cortex-X4 cores running at 2.8GHz, four Cortex-A7 series cores clocking at 2.1GHz, and a single Cortex-X925 core operating at 3.63GHz. The Mali-G925-Immortalis MC12 GPU powers the chipset’s graphics.
The basic Find X8 and the Find X8 Pro are part of the OPPO Find X8 series. Both versions have displays with a resolution of 1.5K, while the Find X8 Pro has a slightly curved display and the Find X8 has a flat screen design. The anticipated preload for the series is Android 15, which is based on ColorOS 15.
The back of both variants features a huge circular camera module positioned in the center, along with a flat-edged metal frame. A single periscope telephoto camera will be housed in the triple camera system of the basic model, whereas two periscope telephoto cameras may be housed in the quad camera setup of the Pro variation.
Also, new Vivo X200 series powered by the chip is scheduled to launch on October 14 while the Dimensity 9400 is scheduled to launch on October 9, according to leaker Digital Chat Station.
