Oppo has launched the Find X7 Ultra in China, making it the first smartphone to feature two periscope cameras. Revealed alongside the Oppo Find X7, the flagship model boasts a Hasselblad-branded quad rear camera setup, including four 50-megapixel cameras.

It stands out as the initial handset to incorporate Sony’s second-generation 1-inch-type LYT-900 sensor. Powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, paired with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, the Find X7 Ultra surpasses its counterpart, the Oppo Find X7, which relies on a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC.

The lineup showcases key features such as AMOLED screens with a 120Hz dynamic refresh rate, a 32-megapixel front camera, a 5,000mAh battery, and 100W charging support. In terms of pricing, the Oppo Find X7 Ultra starts at CNY 5,999 (approximately ₹70,000) for the base 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant, with higher configurations available at CNY 6,499 (approximately ₹75,000) and CNY 6,999 (approximately ₹80,000) for the 16GB RAM + 256GB and 16GB RAM + 512GB models, respectively.

The Oppo Find X7 is priced at CNY 3,999 (approximately ₹46,000) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB version, CNY 4,299 (approximately ₹50,000) for the 16GB + 256GB variant, CNY 4,599 (approximately ₹53,000) for the 16GB + 512GB model, and CNY 4,999 (approximately ₹58,000) for the 16GB + 1TB option.

The Oppo Find X7 Ultra is expected to remain exclusive to the Chinese market initially, akin to the previous Oppo Find X6 series. Global launch details for the new series are yet to be disclosed. Key specifications of the Oppo Find X7 Ultra include a 6.82-inch QHD AMOLED LTPO display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, up to 16GB RAM, up to 512GB internal storage, and a quad rear camera setup with two periscope lenses. It runs on Android 14-based ColorOS 14.0, featuring a 5,000mAh battery with 100W SuperVOOC charging. The handset also supports 50W wireless charging and has an IP68 water and dust resistance rating.

The Oppo Find X7, on the other hand, comes with a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC, up to 16GB RAM, and up to 1TB internal storage. It features a triple rear camera setup, also tuned by Hasselblad, and runs on Android 14 with ColorOS 14. The device is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery supporting 100W wired fast charging. Oppo promises four major Android updates and five years of security updates for both the Find X7 and Find X7 Ultra.
