OPPO unveils its new mid-range smartphone OPPO A5 with dual camera & 19:9 Display at Rs.14,990
Oppo the global smartphone maker, after making it through with the OPPO F9 Pro, unveils the new mid-budget all-rounder at Rs.15k.
This year Oppo had amazing start firstly OPPO A83 then its famous F-series OPPO F7. After many years they also have brought the flagship smartphone- the OPPO Find X. Also, they had launched the budget OPPO A3S with notch-display and dual rear camera.
A few days back OPPO had unveiled the OPPO F9 Pro with VOOC charge and the dual camera being its main features. And even before F9 Pro’s sale begins, Oppo launched the new mid-range A5.

Verdict
Well, this smartphone has been either made out of a hurry or they have just forgotten the market competition. It is because OPPO’s former brother RealMe has a better smartphone at the smartphone just without that “notch”.
The smartphone’s major drawback is its processor. If it would have a Snapdragon 600 series processor, then it would be a killer… Though its design, the “notch”, OPPO’s signature camera and its branding makes it costlier. If it would Rs.2k cheaper then also it would be like just to its price perspective.
But if you are a fan of the notch and looking for a mid-range smartphone then OPPO A5 won’t be a bad choice either…
