OnePlus is set to launch two new smartphones and wireless earbuds as part of its Nord series in India today, July 5. The Nord Summer Launch event, scheduled for 7:00 PM IST, will serve as the platform for unveiling these new Nord devices.
Those interested can watch the live stream on OnePlus’ official YouTube channel. This release follows OnePlus’ earlier flagship event, where they introduced their first tablet and the OnePlus 11 and 11R smartphones.

In terms of what to expect, OnePlus has already disclosed some key specifications of the upcoming OnePlus Nord 3, OnePlus Nord CE 3, and OnePlus Bud 2R. The Nord 3 boasts the distinctive OnePlus Slider, allowing users to toggle between loud and silent audio modes physically. It features a flat display with a 120Hz refresh rate, setting it apart from its segment competitors.
The phone will be available in Tempest Grey and Misty Green colors and incorporates a triple camera system on the rear, including a Sony IMX-890 camera sensor with OIS. The front houses the selfie camera within a hole-punch cutout. Additionally, the Nord 3 is confirmed to support 80W fast charging. Notably, it will be the first Nord smartphone to offer a 16GB RAM configuration, with an expected base price of around ₹33,000 in India.
The Nord CE 3 is a more affordable variant of the Nord 3, featuring toned-down specifications. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 782G SoC and a 5,000mAh battery. Like the Nord 3, it supports 80W charging and comes with a 120Hz AMOLED display, offering a superior viewing experience compared to the LCD panel on the Nord CE 2. The rear camera setup also consists of triple cameras, with the main camera featuring a 50-megapixel Sony IMX 890 sensor with OIS. The Nord CE 3 is presented in an “Aqua Surge” color, resembling the teal blue of the original Nord phone.
Lastly, the Nord Buds 2R resembles the original Nord Buds in design, featuring silicone tips and short stems. However, the stems now have a rounded finish, providing an aesthetically pleasing look. The earbuds boast 12.4mm drivers and Bluetooth 5.3. OnePlus claims they offer 38 hours of backup with the case. The anticipated price for the OnePlus Nord Buds 2R is ₹2,299.
