OnePlus launched the OnePlus Ace in China on Thursday as the first in the Ace Series, the latest device has been priced at CNY 2,499 and arrives with 150W fast charging support along with a custom-design MediaTek chip with a dedicated gaming graphics chip.

The OnePlus Ace is a dual-SIM device that runs on Android 12 OS with ColorOS 12.1 on top. The device has a 6.7″ Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels along with an aspect ratio of 20:9. The device features a refresh rate of 120Hz.
The display has a peak brightness of 950 nits along with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for protection, the OnePlus Ace is powered by the Dimensity 8100 Max chip which has been paired with 8GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM configurations.
In the optics department, it has a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor along with an f/1.88 lens that supports OIS, an 8MP Sony IMX355 lens along with an ultra-wide f/2.2 lens, and a 2MP GC02M1 macro lens. On the front, it has a 16MP selfie shooter.
The OnePlus Ace arrives with up to 512GB UFS 3.1 storage, in terms of connectivity options the device supports 5G, 4G, LTE, WiFi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. It features an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, magnetometer, and proximity sensor.
The device is powered by a 4,500mAh battery with 150W Super Flash Charge support. The Ace has been priced at 29,600 INR for the base 8GB+128GB version while the 8GB+256GB version has been priced at CNY 2,699 or 31,900 INR. The 12GB+256GB version has been priced at 35,400 INR and the top-of-the-line 12GB+512GB variant is priced at 41,400 INR.
The device comes in Black and Blue color variants and will go on sale from the 26th of April. We do not have any updates on when the device will launch in other markets but we can expect it to launch in India as the OnePlus 10R which will launch on 28 April.
