According to reports, OnePlus will launch its newest flagship, the OnePlus 8T, in the coming days of October this year. In those days, before the launch, many renders have been leaked regarding the specifications of this phone. Some of them are confirmed, whereas some of them are not.
Recently, an emerging tipster Yogesh has assumed the camera module of this OnePlus 8T. In the earlier days, it was rumored that the OnePlus 8T would sport a quad rear camera setup, which includes a 64MP primary sensor. But the tipster asserted that this phone from OnePlus would have a 48MP primary sensor in place of 64MP. Other than this, there will be a 16MP ultra-wide sensor, 5MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor.
Unfortunately, we will miss the telephoto lens in this rear camera module. But if we check the history, then its previous generation phone OnePlus 7T features a telephoto lens. According to the tipster, the OnePlus 8T will feature a 16MP wide-angle selfie camera. Not only this but also, he has claimed to have heard that it will be released for sale on October 16, 2020.
If we check the other specifications of this upcoming phone, the OnePlus 8T will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm snapdragon 865 SoC chipset. According to some of the other renders, this phone will be fueled by a decent 4,500mAH battery with the support of fast charging. If we check the size of this phone, it is expected that the OnePlus 8T will have the dimension 162.8 millimeters (mm) high, 75.5mm wide x 8.4mm in-depth (or 9.3mm if taking its rear camera module into account). So we can assume that the OnePlus 8T will be a little bit shorter than its immediate predecessor the OnePlus 8 Pro.
