OnePlus 15 Rumored Specs: The OnePlus 13 flagship was originally launched in China in October of last year and expanded to global markets in January. The series was recently updated with the OnePlus 13T, also known as the OnePlus 13s in India. Now, rumors have already indicated that the company is working on the successor, though not the ‘OnePlus 14’ as the name is considered unlucky in many Asian cultures, and that would be the OnePlus 15.

According to a tip from DigitalChatStation on Weibo, although not explicitly naming the device, the key specifications of the upcoming model suggest it will be the OnePlus 15, following the OnePlus 13.

According to reports, the flagship will pack a slim and slender body, which is assumed to be far removed from the large circular camera unit as seen on prior models. The OnePlus 15 is said to feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO straight display, a noticeable downgrade from the 2K panel seen on the OnePlus 13.

The screen is expected to feature a large-radius corner design, utilizing an advanced LIPO packaging process that enables narrow bezels. The industrial design is also tipped to offer an ultra-symmetrical front, similar to the iPhone Pro series.

Under the hood, the OnePlus 15 could be powered by the SM8850 SoC, possibly the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset. For the camera setup, it is expected to include a triple-camera configuration, with a 50MP primary sensor.

Another tipster, Smart Pikachu, suggests that a 200MP periscope telephoto lens will be included, a significant upgrade over the 50MP 3x telephoto lens on the OnePlus 13. These are early leaks, so it’s wise to approach them with caution. The OnePlus 15 might be launched later this year, around the same time as its predecessor. For reference, the OnePlus 13 was launched in India at ₹69,999.
