As spotted by Android Authority, a user on the X platform found references to a seventh color variant in the code for OxygenOS. This user is giving us an official name for the color, Glacial White. The report indicates that previously, the mention of the white color option was only found in ColorOS builds, as the phone operates on ColorOS within the region.
As of now, it’s unclear exactly when OnePlus will launch this color to consumers. That implied the Glacial White variant may only be available in a select market, but its sighting in the OxygenOS update hints at an impending international release. This color of the OnePlus 12 was expected to be unveiled as a limited or special edition outside China.
The OnePlus 12 has a QHD+ 2K 120Hz LTPO ProXDR OLED display of size 6.82″, with a peak brightness of up to 4500 nits, and some more specs in the line-up.
