The concept for the upcoming OnePlus 10 Pro has been presented online by LetsGoDigital and designer Jermaine Smit(ConceptCreator). The concept of the OnePlus 10 Pro reveals the device’s complete physical look, including camera setup, display design, and back design. The renders look interesting and hint that the upcoming OnePlus 10 Pro will be heavily focused on camera and display.
The latest word on new flagship phones from OnePlus indicates that the OEM may not release a T variant for its current 9 series in 2021 as it has taken to doing over the last couple of years. In the images, we see a phone that appears again with a Hasselblad camera. The two large lenses that we see are reminiscent of the new P50 Pro from Huawei.
According to the concept, the upcoming OnePlus 10 Pro’s camera will be inspired by Hasselblad 500c camera from 1957. The OnePlus also did the partnership with Hasselblad in OnePlus 9 series, which went not so successful. The 10 Pro will also have a partnership with Hasselblad. The render shows the OnePlus 10 Pro will have a Circular camera module with two lenses and LED flash housed inside. The Hasselblad branding will be under the camera module. The OnePlus branding will be there in the bottom portion of the back panel.
Rumours also tell that it will have two 108MP cameras. The alert side can be clearly seen on the right-hand side of the device with a red accent. As for the screen, the display is curved from both sides and surprisingly no camera cutout can be seen. So, we might expect an under-display camera in the upcoming OnePlus 10 Pro smartphone. the screen looks vibrant and bezel-less.
The main camera is also expected to come with a bionic lens or a T-lens again, just like the OnePlus 9 series. With such a camera, OnePlus replaces the traditional coil motor to enable faster autofocus.
Moreover, Smit and LetsGoDigital project that the OnePlus 10 Pro might come with many specs largely unchanged from the 9 Pro, curved 120Hz 1440p AMOLED display included – albeit one with an under-display camera for the first time.
The “10 Pro” also might have up to 12GB of RAM and a 4,500mAh battery with Warp Charge 65 included (as the company’s new parent, OPPO, has new and improved battery tech, the latter might be a little disappointing).
