The most anticipated Manga Animation One Punch Man Season 3 is incoming!!!
One of the most awaited manga series ‘One Punch Man‘ comes with the illustrator Yusuke Murata confirming on Twitter that he has taken a hiatus from his work for a minimum of a month he has also stated he is “preparing for the future of One Punch Man.” Murata also opens up about the release date. The first anime season was made by the anime production studio MADHOUSE, while studio J.C. Staff has taken the production for the second season.
The new production studio for the third season is MAPPA. The first season had been animated by madhouse and the second season had been animated by J.C. Staff.
It was revealed in June 2022 that the rights to One Punch Man were bought by Sony Pictures and a One Punch Man live-action film was in production. Justin Lin, director of The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, was attached to the project as the film’s director. Lin will also produce and have a hand in the screenplay rewrite.

Who could helm a script for such a beloved story? Screenwriters Jeff Plinker and Scott Rosenberg have claimed the role. Plinker and Rosenberg collaborated on Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle and its’ sequel Jumanji: The Next Level.
Plinker also has TV screenwriting credits for Lost, while Rosenberg has written for various films, including High Fidelity. The two served as executive producers for the Netflix adaptation of Cowboy Bebop.
Arad Productions has been confirmed to produce the film. The production company has produced a variety of comic and video game film adaptations, including Uncharted, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Ghost in the Shell, and the Borderlands film set to release in 2022.
One Punch Man Season 3: Release Date
