Some films don’t need dialogues to make you cry — just a dog’s eyes are enough. “Ohh My Dog,” starring Pankaj Tripathi, hit theaters on August 7, 2026, and Twitter is already flooded with emotional reactions.
What’s the Film About?
Directed by Amit Rai, the story follows two pups — Momo and Oscar — separated at birth and raised in different worlds. Momo grows up loved in an Assam household, while Oscar bonds with a construction worker named Prince in Bihar. When Momo goes missing and Prince mysteriously disappears, two heartfelt journeys unfold side by side, each uncovering more than anyone expected.
Twitter Is Not Okay
Early reviewers are calling it one of the most original family dramas in a while. One user praised the film’s fresh premise and called Amit Rai’s conviction and heartfelt storytelling truly commendable. Another fan simply said watching it in theaters was completely worth it.
