NVIDIA’s latest hash rate algorithm is breached again this time unlocking 70% of Ethereum mining performance in RTX 3080 Ti, 3070 Ti and 3060 Ti

Due to the rise of crypto-mining the prices of graphics cards has been increasing drastically however to combat the increase in prices of graphics cards, NVIDIA Launched its latest line of graphics cards which were the NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 30 LHR series GPUs.

Many expected that this will be an Unbreakable solution from stopping the Crypto miners from making use of the graphics cards which were made for Gamers.  However, according to the latest information, some folks have managed to partially unlock the mining hash rate on NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 30 LHR GPUs.

The first mining numbers are made public and it shows that these cards can deliver up to 70% of the mining capabilities for the ethereum mining algorithm.  this is a big achievement in the field of Crypto mining who has been remaining silent since the release of Nvidia’s hash rate algorithm.

The graphics cards supposedly breached Showing off their mining capabilities are NVIDIA’s RTX 3080 TI, RTX 3070 Ti and RTX  3060 Ti. The latest NBMiner updates have partially unlocked these 3 graphics cards and have shown up to 70% of their mining performance.

Coming to the performance of these cards the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti delivers around 80 MH/s. The NVIDIA RTX 3070 Ti fares slightly better and delivers around 50 MH/s, and the RTX 3060 Ti delivers around 40 MH/s.

  • NVIDIA RTX 3080 Ti (LHR) – ~80 MH/s (RTX 3080 Non-LHR – ~90 MH/s)
  • NVIDIA RTX 3070 Ti (LHR) – ~50 MH/s (RTX 3070 Non-LHR – ~60 MH/s)
  • NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti (LHR) – ~40 MH/s (RTX 3060 Non-LHR – ~50 MH/s)

This information brings hope for Crypto miners who have been tired of the graphics company cracking down on the pricing of the cards by releasing hashing algorithms. However, this also means that we can expect a sudden boom in the pricing and amount of the graphics cards and once again this will make things much harder for the gamers to get their hands on the graphics cards in the future.
