The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 is projected to use the AD103 GPU core, while the RTX 4080 will use the AD104 GPU core. We can expect NVIDIA to use the AD106 and AD107 GPUs for the mainstream and entry-level RTX 4070 and RTX 4060.

According to previous reports, NVIDIA’s Ada GeForce RTX 40 series laptop GPUs would offer up to a 30% performance boost over their predecessors while also including new features such as DLSS3 and better ray tracing performance. According to the product roadmap, many SKUs will be announced in January in conjunction with Intel’s next Raptor Lake-H CPU family. This suggests that Intel will also unveil its Raptor Lake-H mobility CPU family at CES, and the NVIDIA RTX 40 / Raptor Lake-H combo laptops will be among the first to hit the market by the end of January/beginning of February.
