ZTE has launched their new flagship smartphone called the Nubia Z30 Pro in China. This new device is a rebranded version of the ZTE Axon 30 Ultra with a few changes.
Nubia Z30 Pro flaunts a 6.67″ FHD+ AMOLED Display and comes with a massive 144hz refresh rate. It has a screen resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. It has a 93.45% screen-to-body ratio. The Nubia Z30 Pro is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 mobile processor coupled with up to 16 GB dual-channel LPDDR5 RAM RAM and 512 GB UFS 3.1 storage.
It flaunts a quad-camera setup at the back that includes a 64 MP primary sensor with OIS, a 64 MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 64 MP ‘humanistic’ camera, and an 8MP sensor equipped with OIS. On the front side, it offers a 16MP selfie shooter. The 8 MP periscope lens comes with 5x optical and 50x digital zoom.
It runs on UI 9.0 based on Android 11 and has an in-display fingerprint sensor. Other features of the device support dual-SIM, 5G, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.1, GNSS, headphone jack adapter and GPS. The Nubia Z30 Pro draws energy from a 4,200mAh battery and is paired with a 120W fast charging support. The battery can be fully charged in 15 minutes. The device measures 161.83 x 73.01 x 8.5 mm and weighs 198 grams.
There are three variants in this new Nubia device. These are as follows:
- 8 GB + 256 GB – ¥ 4,999 or $ 776
- 12 GB + 256 GB – ¥ 5,399 or $ 838
- 12 GB + 512 GB – ¥ 5,999 or $ 932
The sale of the device will start on 25th May. The high-end variant is still not up for sale and will come in Black Gold Legend colour.
