Nothing Opens 6th Exclusive Service Centre in Kolkata

Nothing is putting its money where its mouth is when it comes to India. The brand has opened its sixth Exclusive Service Centre in the country — this time in Kolkata — strengthening its after-sales footprint in Eastern India just days ahead of the Phone (4a) launch on March 5.

Nothing Kolkata Service Centre: Key Details

What This Means for Nothing Users in India

The Kolkata centre is designed to offer dedicated specialist diagnostics, priority repairs, and focused customer care — and will eventually host service camps while providing access to extended care plans and device protection solutions.

The expansion is part of a broader infrastructure push — throughout 2025, Nothing increased its standard nationwide service centres from 350 to 430, with a stated goal of reaching 500 operational centres by the end of 2026, while priority service desks were scaled from 5 to over 30 locations across the country.

The timing is deliberate — this launch closely follows the opening of Nothing’s first flagship offline store in Bengaluru, and comes just before the March 5 “Built Different” event where the Phone (4a) series and Headphone (a) will both be announced.

For a brand that has grown rapidly in India on the back of online sales, building physical service infrastructure at this pace signals a clear intent to compete at scale with established players. The Nothing Service Day on alternate Saturdays — offering free cleaning, discounts, and waived charges — is a particularly consumer-friendly touch that builds genuine loyalty.
