This significant investment in Chennai will bolster Nokia’s pioneering work in next-generation technologies, including 10G, 25G, 50G, and 100G Passive Optical Networks (PON), Fixed Wireless Access, Wi-Fi solutions, and access network and home controllers. Formalizing the Expansion
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Guidance Tamil Nadu and Nokia in San Francisco, with the presence of Tamil Nadu’s Chief Minister Thiru. M. K. Stalin and Industries Minister Dr. T. R. B Rajaa. This formalizes Nokia’s investment and further cements the partnership aimed at driving telecom innovations and creating high-value employment opportunities in the region.
