Nokia is a brand that has been in the shadows for a long. Before, it was one of the leaders in the smartphone market manufacturing windows-powered smartphones. However, with the advent of the Marshmallow Android version and Microsoft eventually decided to shut its smartphone OS division, Nokia just went and vanished from the smartphone market.

However, in recent years it has started to enter the smartphone market with its Android entries slowly. But, according to the latest rumours, Nokia might be planning to venture away from the smartphone market to produce their very first Tablet.

The HMD global brand recently surfaced on the EEC registration database with the model numbers TA-1392 and TA-1397. And the leak is even further solidified with the new listings of a Nokia T20 in 4G/LTE and Wi-Fi-only flavours.

It’s expected that the first launch of the device can be witnessed in the UK, starting at £190 (~US$265) for the former option or £207 (~$289) for the latter. According to sources, Nokia also plans to sell the Wi-Fi model in the EU for €222 (~$269) or €242 (~$288) for a unit with standalone connectivity.

The sales listings offered by the company are probably accidental and also reveals that the device will have a 10.4-inch display along with 4GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage per SKU.

Unfortunately, as for the other specifications that the device will carry, no further information is available. As far as the OS of the new T20 is concerned, we have no idea what it will be and what UI it will carry. But most probably, the device will carry Android itself, as that is the only most acceptable answer unless we will see a Windows-powered tablet in the market with Nokia branding by some miracle. Let’s hope my dream comes true.
