Several reports have indicated towards HMD Global working on a mid-range 5G phone with the Nokia G50 5G, ahead of its launch, Winfuture.de has shared leaked renders and key specs of the device. It appears as though it may not take too long for the smartphone to go official.
The leaked promo images of the Nokia G50 5G show that it will arrive in colors such as Midnight Sun and Blue. At the front, it features a teardrop notch display, and its polycarbonate back has a round-shaped camera module, which houses three or four cameras and an LED flash.
The Nokia G50 5G has a volume rocker on the right, below it is a power button that is integrated with a fingerprint sensor, and a voice assistant button is available on the left edge of the phone.
The Nokia G50 5G will come with a 6.38″ LCD display that offers an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1560 pixels. The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 SoC and it is backed by a 4,850mAh battery and it comes with Android 11 OS preinstalled.
The Nokia G50 5G is likely to feature a 48MP main sensor, other reports have indicated that it may arrive in variants like a 4GB RAM+64GB storage and a 4GB RAM+128GB storage.
Speculations point out that the device will officially release in September.
