Another addition to the Nokia 5 series has been made with the launch of Nokia 5.4. The price of this model starts from EUR 189 or Rs. 16,900. The new mobile comes with quad rear cameras. The back body of the smartphone features a circular cutout for the 48MP primary camera. It comes with a 5MP ultrawide snapper and two 2MP sensors. The phone also consists of a 16-megapixel selfie camera sensor at the front. The company claims to have a zero shutter lag while capturing photos.
The new Nokia phone has a Nordic design that was visible on Nokia 2.4 and Nokia 3.4. It features a 6.39-inch HD+ display and comes in three storage variants, 4GB RAM + 64GB storage, 6GB + 64 GB and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. Currently, Nokia 5.4 comes in two colours: Dusk and Polar Night.
The smartphone packs a 4,000mAh battery which delivers two days of battery life on a single charge. Built-in OZO spatial audio support and wind noise cancellation will help in enhancing the experience while recording videos. Nokia’s ‘Cinema’ mode can shoot videos at 24fps in 21:9 cinematic format.
It is a dual-sim (Nano) smartphone that runs on Android 10. This Android 10 can be upgraded to Android 11 later. It has an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC, coupled with up to 6GB of RAM. Connectivity options for Nokia 5.4 include 4G LTE, a 3.5mm headphone jack, GPS/ A-GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a USB Type-C. A rear-mounted fingerprint sensor is also present below the camera sensors. An 8W fast car charger and 18W fast wall charger comes as a part of accessories with the smartphone. Nokia is trying to bring the new phones in the midrange segment to increase its sales and gather higher market share.
