Nokia has finally launched its another budget-friendly entry-level smartphone in India, dubbed as the Nokia 2.4. So, without wasting any time, let’s just get into the specifications of this phone.
The Nokia 2.4 runs on the Android 10 OS and is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 SoC chipset. Regarding the display, this phone offers a 6.5-inch HD+ (720 x 1600 pixels) waterdrop notch display. This phone has a rear-mounted physical fingerprint scanner just under the rear camera module. As per the company’s statement, the Nokia 2.4 will get all the Android updates for the next 2 years. So, the Android 11 update is coming soon for this phone. Moreover, it is a stock Android smartphone, so no more banned apps will be there. The user will get a clean UI experience.
The Helio P22 chipset of this phone is paired with a single different RAM (3GB) and two different internal storage (32GB/64GB) variants (a dedicated microSD card slot is there as well). Now coming to the camera section, this phone offers a dual rear camera module which includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies, this phone has a 5MP selfie snapper at the front. This phone is available in three different color variants: Dusk, Fjord, and Charcoal.
In terms of the battery, the Nokia 2.4 is fueled up by a large 4,500mAH battery with the support of just 5W fast charging. Regarding the connectivity features, this phone offers 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/GLONASS, and a micro USB port for charging. This phone has a dedicated Google Assistant button as well. As per the dimension, this phone measures 165.85mm x 76.30mm x 8.69mm and weighs around 189 grams.
Now coming to the pricing and availability, the Nokia 2.4 is currently up for pre-orders in Indian at an Indian price tag of 10,399 INR (roughly 140 US Dollars). There is no confirmed date on which the ultimate retailing will start.
