The Saudi Arabian club has presented Neymar with a formal proposal to sign him this summer. The player has accepted a major contract with Al Hilal as well, and will complete the transfer soon.
The proposal has been described as a huge bid for the Brazilian, and talks are underway with PSG for the transfer to go through. The discussions are now in the final stages and a final agreement should be achieved in the coming days.
Neymar will be wearing the number 10 shirt at Al Hilal, and will sign a two-year contract with the Saudi Arabian club to complete the transfer.

Chelsea have been linked with the Brazilian, especially since PSG have set a nominal price tag between £50-80 million for the player. Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino has reportedly ruled out a move for the player, due to the abundance of talent in wide positions.
PSG want to build a younger squad for the future and we could finally see the Brazilian leave after massive speculation over the last six years.
