Mukul Sharma, a famous tipster, has shared some images with a mysterious smartphone that is expected to be a prototype of Xiaomi’s upcoming smartphone. This smartphone has a middle aligned punch hole on the display.

The phone is protected by a hard protective case and if looked closer we can see a huge cut on the case at the right side where the power and volume buttons are placed. The tipster claims this smartphone also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

This phone looks exactly like the Redmi Note 9 Pro which was launched in India couple of months ago. But this im age has recently surfaced in Weibo, according to Mukul Sharma, and is claimed to be one of the upcoming smartphone prototype of the company.

Xiaomi has already launched the Redmi 9 Prime both in India and China and the phone will be available on Amazon prime day on August 6 for the Prime members only. This will be early access for the Prime members.

Redmi 9 Prime is priced at Rs.9,999 for the 4GB + 64GB variant whereas the 4GB + 128GB is priced at Rs.11,999. The phone will be available on 6th August at 10 AM as a part of an early access sale via Amazon during Amazon Prime Day. Originally the phone will be available from August 17 via mi.com, Amazon India, Mi Home stores, and Mi Studios.
