Handheld gaming consoles have become more famous than ever as people want to game anytime, anywhere, so new devices like Steam Deck, GPD Win Max and others have popped up. Thanks to the amazing performance upgrade we see with new iGPUs on processors, gamers are getting more options than before.
So, One-netbook has launched its new ONEXPLAYER 1S with some minor upgrades over the original ONEXPLAYER. Initially, Indiegogo backers could purchase the Core i7-1185G7 powered model, which had slightly higher CPU and GPU clock speeds than the Core i7-1165G7, both featuring Intel Iris Xe Graphics G7 96EUs iGPU.
The big upgrade in the ONEXPLAYER 1S you see is that you now have a newer Core i7-1195G7, a processor with the same GPU as its Core i7 siblings but with higher CPU and GPU clock speeds. So, this should naturally bring some improvements but in such a small form factor it depends.
However, one good thing is that the new ONEXPLAYER 1S starts at US$1,199 on AliExpress only for the device. One-netbook also gives you to buy the handheld with a detachable keyboard or a hard case or include both. The shipping of the new ONEXPLAYER 1S starts later this month.
