Nayef Aguerd to be revealed as a new West Ham player by Monday: £30m deal done

Nayef Aguerd is all set to be announced as a new West Ham United player tomorrow, with all the paperworks being finalised between the two clubs for the move. The player will be making the transfer for a reported £30 million fee. 

David Moyes wanted to sign a left-footed centre-back this summer, and has acquired his target relatively early in the window. With the arrival of the Moroccan, the Hammers will be able to challenge for European spots once again and compete in the Europa League with more confidence at the back. 

Nayef Aguerd to be announced by West Ham tomorrow 

The negotiations for the centre-back were quite tricky, but the Premier League club have been able to reach an agreement with Rennes for their player and will be revealing him soon. 

The transfer has been given the here we go signal by Fabrizio Romano, which means that everything has been agreed for the move to go through. The defender has also posted a message on his social media, thanking the fans and the club staff for their support. As a result, making it increasingly likely that he will be moving away from Rennes.

Nayef Aguerd has signed his contract for the transfer as well, and has completed the final part of his medical as well. He will be the first signing of the 2022 transfer window for Moyes and his side.
