Amazon MiniTV comes with the mysterious crime thriller series Murder in Agonda’. We all know the actress Shreya Pilgaonkar after her role in famous crime series like ‘Mirzapur’, and now she is going to be a part of this murder mystery series.
The series contains a murder that happened in Goa one of the reputed families and as the case is going it becomes more mysterious. As the trailer will continue it reveals some of the riveting affairs that left suspense in the viewers of the series and confuse them to find out the killer.
Murder in Agonda: Plot
The trailer starts with a shocking expression of a maid who comes to the room in the morning to give tea and shocked the dead body in body. The name of the lady is Mala Coutinho belongs to a reputed family and the murder news spread like a fire in a forest that shocked everyone. The murder happened in Villa Verde in Goa. One police officer seeking help from Sarla Salelkar who reprising the role of a detective and appointed to find out the answers to this mysterious murder case as the detective believe, ‘Dead never lie’. The police officer Sanket Salelkar comes to interrogate the family members.
The investigator is Sarla Salelkar from Panji Crime Branch, who reveals that Mala was dead before the stabbing, while Mala’s daughter becomes interrogative she reveals why she will kill her own mother. On the other side, someone says to them that anyone will say anything and they will trust them. Now the two become confused about whom they will trust in this case.
Now the trailer reveals a new character Vishwas and a husband and a man and woman quarrelling on taking their house to that person, and suddenly it shows blood in the white curtain. This man Vishwas was a friend of the lady and the lady has affair with him, Mala Coutinho sees them by standing back in the door. The investigator starts a forensic investigation and finds out that all people are saying half-truth and that make the case more mysterious. The trailer ends with the stabbing of a girl on someone.
Murder in Agonda: Cast
The series features Shreya Pilgaonkar in the lead role of Sarla Salelkar along with Asif Khan, Lillete Dubey, and Kubbra Sait. The actress unveils that the story of the series takes her to her childhood days while she uses to watch the crime fiction genre, she said,” I love murder mysteries, Growing up, I was obsessed with reading Enid Blyton, Agatha Christie, Sherlock Holmes, and Feluda’s stories by Satyajit Roy.”
She also added,” I have found myself mentally trying to solve the mystery even before it was revealed in the book. In my head, I make a good detective. Murder In Agonda is the first mini-series and I’ve had a really fun experience putting on my detectives’ hat and shooting for it in Goa.”

Murder in Agonda: Release Date
It is a five-part show and the first two episodes of Murder in Agonda will premiere on Amazon MiniTV on the 8th of April, the viewers should be stay tuned every Friday for the series.
