New Zealand:-
Martin Guptill, Colin Munro, Kane Williamson(c), Tom Brucer, Glenn Phillips(wk), Henry Nicholls, Colin De Grandhomme, Mitchell Santner, Adam Milne, Ish Sodhi, Trent Boult.

New Zealand beat India in their 2nd T20I match to level the three match series. New Zealand set a target of 197 to win, India managed to do 156 by the end of 20 overs. Indian top order collapsed as Trent Boult took 4 wickets in his 4 overs.

Indian skipper Virat Kohli kept Indian hopes alive with an aggressive innings( 65 of 42) & former captain MS Dhoni made 49 of 37 but it was not enough to take India past victory.

Kohli Played a Good Innings

New Zealand’s opener batsman Colin Munro hammered an unbeaten 109 0f 58, which consisted of 7 fours & 7 sixes. He made his 2nd international T20I century.

New Zealand’s spinners were bowling short of the crease & were attacking the middle & leg stumps making it difficult for Indian batsman to get underneath the ball. Especially Dhoni was finding it difficult to time the ball & started a slow innings later he hit many boundaries & over boundaries, but it was not enough.
