Munger University Exam!
The students of Mungar University are vocal about the summons they face regarding their exam results. All this began to emerge when the new acting principal of KSS College in Lakhisarai, Dr. Girish Chandra Pandey, visited the school. The situation that was intended for a pleasant occasion of students’ warm meet swiftly turned into a forum for the students to voice up their anxieties.
A Warm Welcome and Serious Talks
The members of the Akhil Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) presented a big-hearted welcome to Dr. Pandey. However, they also approached the topic at the front. The central problem? The errors of the exams’ grade computations, personified by many second-semester learners, are the plight.
What’s Wrong with the Results?
Students have pointed out two major issues:
1. Mark sheets were left out with spaces where there should have been internals.
2. Some students were marked as not present despite taking the exams.
Leaking of these errors is driving children into a far and a deep state of worry. Grades are not the only concern, the affected students think over their studies and career prospects.
Munger University: Students Speak Up
Manish Yadav, backed by ABVP, leads the other students to send signals to:
1. Immediate rectifications of the incorrect findings
2. Explanation of how this happened
3. A timetable to prevent they are from occurring again
Aditya Kumar of ABVP (Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad) told of the fact that this is not the only time the problem of the results has occurred. Students are becoming increasingly fed up of these repeated impasses.
Hope for a Solution
Students’ cry was heard by Dr. Pandey, who promised to investigate the issues. He mentioned that he’d be on the job of rectifying the grades and also trialing the proposals to ensure no such thing is repeated. Students are full of expectations, at the same time, they long for the reality of the situation.
The case at Musungar University is a great example of how essential it is for schools to have a transparent policy on exams and results. The whole scenario is conclusive of the fact that if things go wrong, it will have a tight grip on students’ lives. It is now a matter of deal-or-no-deal as far as the students and the faculty of the university are concerned.
