Motorola is teasing the launch of a new smartphone in India via Flipkart but had not revealed the name of the smartphone officially. The company has only revealed some sneak peeks of the phone in its previous promo video and the launch date is set on August 24. The phone is a new one and the company is going tight on all the information leaks for this smartphone, so we are unable to get any updates on the phone so far. But recently a mere URL revealed the unknown name of the upcoming smartphone.
Let’s have a look at the picture and try to understand where we got the name of the upcoming Motorola smartphone.
The launch is scheduled in Flipkart today at 12 PM. Nothing much is disclosed right now, the landing page hints Moto G9 will offer “spectacular performance” and will carry “stunning camera” and a “massive battery.” The battery capacity will be around 5,000mAh and no information on the fast charging.
The teaser page also mentions that the phone will carry a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor under the hood. The exact processor name has not been mentioned by the company but it is expected to be Snapdragon 720G.
Now coming to the design of the smartphone as we have no information about the specification of the smartphone. The in the video we can see a rear fingerprint scanner with the Motorola logo on it. The phone will have a Type-C charging port and speaker grills at the bottom. At the top, we can see a secondary microphone and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The phone will come with a triple rear camera setup at the back. There will be a power button, volume rockers, and another button on the left side of the phone. It is still unknown what is the purpose of the third button. The phone will have a drop notch camera at the front.
