Motorola has scheduled an event on 7th July 3PM CET and it seems to be another launch event from the company. This poster image does not give any clue about anything else, but we assume that Motorola Edge Lite might be the smartphone that the company is going to launch on July 7. recently this smartphone has got the FCC certification which revealed a couple to things.
To be more specific FCC certification only mentioned that the Motorola Edge Lite will feature a 4700mAh battery along with 5G support. There is nothing much disclosed in the certification so we have to rely on other leaks to know more about its specifications.
Other leaks suggest that the Edge Lite will pack a 6.7″ 90Hz FullHD+ screen with an aspect ratio of 21:9, but there won’t be any waterfall-display design in this smartphone. further the leaks suggest that this smartphone will feature a 48MP primary camera accompanied by 16MP, 8MP and 5MP modules, but their purpose is currently unknown. But at front there will be a dual-camera setup of a 8MP main sensor joined by a 2MP depth sensor.
The phone will run on Android 10 and will be powered by Snapdragon 765G processor, no doubt it will support 5G connectivity. The processor will be paired with up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB storage. The leaks suggest that there will a under-display fingerprint sensor and will support upto 18W fast charging.
The phone will also have USB Type-C, NFC and dual-SIM support. Rumors are around that Motorola Edge Lite will be priced around €399 in Europe.
