The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, under the product number Motorola XT2321-1, was spotted on a testing website, revealing that the phone will include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 running at up to 3.19GHz and 8GB of RAM. The phone appears to have Android 13 underneath MyUX.5 interface.

According to the rumor, the phone will have a large cover display if it is the Razr Plus or the Razr Pro. The actual screen size is still a mystery, although recent reports indicate that it will be bigger than the cover display of the OPPO Find N2 Flip. The internal display is rumored to be a 6.7-inch OLED foldable panel running at 144Hz.

According to the latest reports, the company will debut the Motorola Razr Pro and Razr Lite smartphones to the public on June 1 during an event in Madrid, Spain.
