Motorola launched the Moto G100 5G smartphone in Europe at a reasonable price. The phone has a plastic body design and has square camera module. This is the same phone which was launched in China earlier with the name Motorola Edge S.

The Moto G100 features a 6.7″ 90Hz FHD+ LCD Display and it has a dual punch hole display. These punch holes are separated from one another and the panel has FHD+ resolution and is also HDR10 certified. The two front cameras consists of a 16MP main unit and an 8MP ultrawide module.
The Motorola G100 comes with a a 64MP primary camera with f/1.7 aperture and 1/2″ sensor (0.7μm pixel size). It’s joined by a 16MP ultrawide sensor with a ring LED flash around the macro lens at the back. There is also a 2MP fixed focus depth helper and a ToF module for fast laser autofocus.
The phone features a Snapdragon 870 SoC just like the Moto Edge S. The company has not made any major changes in the global version of the device. The Snapdragon 870 SoC is paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage which can be further expanded via the microSD slot. Motorola has embedded Mu UX a stock-looking UI based on Android 11.
The phone is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery with 20W fast charging and has a water-repellent body. We can find a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and the body of this phone is 9.69mm thick that weighs 215g.
The phone has Iridescent Sky, Iridescent Ocean, and Slate Grey colors and the 6GB + 128GB variant is priced at £449 which is approximately ₹44,778 in Indian currency. There is no news of this device launch in India.
