Mortal Kombat 1 Welcomes New Features And Crossplay: Get Free Trial In Early March

Yes, you heard it right. Your favourite Mortal Kombat 1 is all set to welcome some new features and gameplay enhancements. And you can get your hands on it as early as the first week of March.

Sounds exciting, right? Well, it is indeed; however, I don’t know much about the new update. Well, then you are not alone, and there are thousands of people like you out there. That’s why we are here to tell you about Mortal Kombat 1 and how to get new features.

In this article, we will discuss the new features in the new update and gameplay enhancements. So, without beating around the bush, let’s dive in.

Mortal Kombat 1: New Crossplay

Recently, NetherRealm and Warner Bros. Games announced that they are bringing a new update to Mortal Kombat 1. This will be a big and significant update in which players can enjoy an immersive gaming experience.

Through this new update, a new function of crossplay is added to the game. And there will be a new guest fighter from the DLC, Peacemaker. As you can guess from the name itself, the character is centred around peacemaking.

However, if you look at the character of Peacemaker and the weapons he is equipped with, you will understand that he is not non-violent. Talking about the background of the Peacemaker, we can say that it is a direct adaptation of DC’s character.

It was earlier seen in The Suicide Squad and then in the eponymous TV series Peacemaker. So, we can get some ideas about the character from these. Back then, it featured the voice and appearance of John Cena.

Although we can see from the appearance of the Peacemaker character in Mortal Kombat 1 that he is looking like John Cena,. However, regarding voice, we don’t know whether we will hear a familiar voice or a new one.

In terms of the features of the character in Mortal Kombat 1, it is equipped with gunslinging skills and signature helmet abilities. Also, there will be his loyal and bald eagle sidekick, Eagly.

When we are talking about a character like John Cena, of course players can expect trademark humour and some peculiar dance moves. Hence, we can say that the game of Mortal Kombat 1 is going to be fun and exciting with this new addition.

This new character is available to Kombat Pack owners as of February 28, and all players can get it on March 6. Also, the new gameplay trailer has been released, and we can see a glimpse of the update.

In addition to this new character, players can also welcome some new characters, including Janet Cage and Johnny Cage. There will be a free trail weekend for Mortal Kombat 1 starting on March 7 and ending on March 10.
