The king of stunt Tom Cruise has returned with the bone-shaking action sequel ‘Mission Impossible—Dead Reckoning Part One’. The sixty years old has done such unimaginable stunts that make your eyes stuck on the screen. The story of Ethan Hunt has once again renewed with his badass team setting out for another adventure to rescue the world. We can bet that the latest spy drama film is going to push the limits of all the new and latest characters.

It seems that this new Mission Impossible adaptation going to be another epic action tale that will definitely earn a lot for the franchise.

The director hasn’t even disclosed much about the story. He has told that he did talk about the new film and will expand on the emotional development of the cast during his appearance on the Light the Fuse podcast.

“When we went into making Fallout, I said to Tom, ‘I really want to make this more of an emotional journey for [Ethan Hunt],’” McQuarrie added, “Going into this, I said, ‘I want to take what we learned from Fallout and apply it to every character in the movie. I want everyone to have an emotional arc. … I just want the movie to have more feeling across the board.”

In this,  things sound like Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part 1 will be playing on emotions going to boost our adrenaline levels.

Mission Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part 1 fits into the franchise’s timeline. when it will be after happening the events of Fallout, there could be a gap of anywhere from a few days to a few years between the two movies. The shooting on Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part 1 was scheduled to start under the working title “Libra” on February 20, 2020, in Venice. The film was filmed in Venice for three weeks before moving to Rome for 40 days. However, production was halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic breaking out in Italy.

In July 2020, the UK provided permission for the team to begin filming without going through the mandatory 14-day quarantine. You will get similar permission granted for filming in Norway soon after that.

Filming began in earnest on September 6, 2020. McQuarrie exposed the start of filming with posts on his Instagram profile. The Production was halted in Italy again in October 2020 after 12 people tested positive for COVID-19 on set. For this time the filming was resumed just one week later.

In February 2021, production in the Middle East was concluded. On April 20, 2021, filming commenced in the small village of Levisham, North Yorkshire, UK, for a train wreck scene.

Filming was paused again for 14 days in June 2021 after a member of the production reportedly tested positive for COVID-19. In August 2021, the crew began filming in Birmingham’s Grand Central Station. The production of the film ended on April 29, 2023.

Paramout+ has unlocked the two-minute and twenty-two-second trailer that starts with Tom Cruise and his bike riding through a mountain forest and presses the break by reaching the edge of the mountain with the fantastic stunt. As usual, Ethen is exploring a mission for which he may pay a big cost.

In this trailer, we have seen fights with the latest technology. Sometimes, the battle happens in the desert. Sometimes, it is happing under the sea, and sometimes in a  crowded place. This time the enemy has returned with more power. The entire world knows Ethan’s story. The trailer continues Tom Cruise who is running to save the world. For a moment we have seen Vanessa Kirby.

If everything is destined, then what is the power of Karma? The most bone-shaking stunt in this trailer is while Tom Cruise is riding his bike at full speed at the top of the hill, and as soon as the edge comes he just leaves control and jumps from the heights. Legends always try to do this kind of miracle, however, he has landed safely on the ground by using the Parasuite.

Tom Cruise is reprising the lead role as Ethan Hunt. Besides Cruise, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part 1 will also return Ving Rhames as Luther Stickell, Henry Czernyas Eugene Kittridge, Simon Pegg as Benji Dunn, Rebecca Ferguson as Ilsa Faust, Vanessa Kirby as Alanna Mitsopolis, and Frederick Schmidtas Zola Mitsopolis,

Hayley Atwell will be playing a character called Grace. Christopher McQuarrie, Grace is a “destructive force of nature”.

“The interesting thing we’re exploring is her resistance to a situation she finds herself in,” Atwell told the Light the Fuse podcast. “How she starts off, where she becomes. The journey of what she comes into and what is asked of her and potentially where she ends up.”

Henry Czerny will be returning as Eugene Kittridge, the former director of the IMF appeared in the 1996 Mission: Impossible.

As an antagonist who will be played by Esai Morales,  Nicholas Hoult was originally set to play the role.

Pom Klementieff is playing another film’s villain, an assassin and the right-hand woman of Morale’s character. Shea Whigham will be playing Jasper Briggs, a man who is attempting to track down Hunt and his team.

Additionally, the cast members include Greg Tarzan Davis, Charles Parnell, Rob Delaney Cary Elwes, Indira Varma, Mark Gatiss, and Mariela Garriga.

Angela Bassett was expected to reprise her role as CIA director Erika Sloane from Fallout.

The film is going to be available to stream on Paramount+ . At first the movie was schedules to hit on July 14, 2023. Recently, the franchise has confirmed that power pack action drama hit on July 12, 2023.
