According to the rumour, the comeback of PUBG Mobile in India is going to take a pause. InsideSport has been informed by some sources of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MEITY) that the corporation has not been granted any permission to re-launch in India.

With many other apps, PUBG Mobile was also banned by the Indian Government in September. Even the company has been approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, permission is still needed to start its operations in India.

On 21st November, PUBG Mobile has registered itself as accompanied by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Now the company has a Corporate Identity Number: U72900KA2020FTC141285, which proves that PUBG Corporation is making the serious step to comeback in the country and ready to agree to all the terms.

Microsoft Azure was questioned by the fans, since the rumor of PUBG return. They said “We don’t have any news to share at this time regarding PUBG Mobile India. Keep an eye on the official website for more information!”

Step 1: Green signal from Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology

PUBG Mobile needs permission from MEITY for the re-launch. The ministry banned PUBG along with many other Chinese apps.

“Any banned entity can’t operate just by floating a new company. This even Tik Tok or anyone else can do. They will have to get permissions from MEITY to operate once again in India”, said one of the sources.

It will take no time to re-launch, PUBG is waiting only for the government’s permission.

Step 2: All government compliances are needed for the comeback

PUBG Mobile India needs to complete all the compliances of the government. Like other business holders, PUBG Mobile also needs a Goods and Services Tax Identification Number. They also have to follow the Indian government’s Foreign Direct Investment guidelines for the gaming industry.

Step 3: PUBG will have to take the assurance of its user data

As per the report, Azure is now the partner of PUBG to host the user data. The corporation is relying on this cloud platform of Microsoft. But nothing is official yet. This time we can hope, being a strong cloud partner Azure will able to serve a secured service to the Indian gamers.
