Microsoft Mega leak addressed by Xbox CEO

In the middle of several significant unanticipated Xbox revelations, Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer is responding to the different leaks. All of the leaked documents have surfaced as a result of Microsoft’s continuing legal dispute with the FTC over the company’s proposed acquisition of Activision Blizzard. Microsoft was compelled to submit a slew of documents for its court action, and many of those data have now surfaced online.

Among the many intriguing recent findings, Xbox’s next-generation console plans were leaked, implying that Microsoft is aiming for a 2028 release date for its next system. Images of a disc-less Xbox Series X also surfaced online as a result of the submitted documents. That’s not all; big news ranging from leaked Bethesda games to Microsoft’s pursuit of Nintendo have made the rounds as a result of leaks after the proceedings. As one can expect, the Xbox team is not pleased with the situation.

Phil Spencer, the Head of Xbox, has taken to social media to express his thoughts on the different Microsoft leaks as well as provide some insight into whether or not some of these announcements will be revealed officially.

Obviously, this is not how the Xbox team would have liked to see their hard work shown to the public. Things move quickly in the gaming industry, and there will very certainly be some significant differences between what has leaked and what fans see when official announcements are made. When things do change, supporters’ expectations will most likely be adjusted as a result of the current material.

Emails detailing the power and capabilities of the Nintendo Switch 2 have also leaked as a result of the leak. The successor to the popular Nintendo Switch hybrid console is projected to be delivered in 2024, but no formal announcement has been made.
