PBKS batter Ashutosh Sharma led the run chase for his side, and scored 61 runs in 28 balls before being dismissed by Coetzee. His wicket in the 18th over was the turning point in the game, as Punjab looked set to win with the batter set at the crease.

In the first innings, Suryakumar Yadav played an impressive knock to help his side set up a respectable total of 193. He scored 78 runs in 53 deliveries, supported by Rohit Sharma, and helping the team achieve a strong start.

In the end, the total proved to be enough to defend over 20 overs, and Mumbai will be proud of themselves for earning a hard-fought win.
