Meta’s “Create & Play with Meta AI” Gaming Arcade Turns Mumbai Into a Prompt-Powered Playground

Mumbai, September 11, 2026: What if your next great game idea was just a prompt away? That’s exactly the bet Meta is making with its new pop-up — a first-of-its-kind arcade built entirely from games that everyday people imagined and created using Meta AI.

The “Create & Play with Meta AI” campaign, which kicked off earlier this month, spotlights the Meta AI app’s ability to turn a simple prompt into a playable, interactive game. No coding. No design degree. Just an idea and a conversation. The campaign now culminates in a three-day Gaming Arcade at Infiniti Mall, Malad, Mumbai, running from September 11 to 13.

Meta Brands Get Playful Too

Meta partnered with Uber India, FlixBus, and Comet to reimagine their everyday services as games — think racing through a hectic workday, planning a daily commute, or scheduling a delivery, all turned into bite-sized playable experiences.

What’s Inside the Arcade

Community Creators Take the Spotlight

The arcade isn’t just about playing — it’s a stage for the creators behind the movement. Popular names like Payal Gaming, Vanshaj Singh, funcho, Sarthak Sachdeva, and duo Divesh & Vishakha will make special appearances, alongside winners from Meta’s online game-building challenge. It’s part showcase, part celebration of what happens when imagination meets AI.

You Don’t Need to Be a Developer

That’s the real headline here. Visitors of any skill level can walk up to the hands-on build station, describe an idea in plain language, and watch it become a real, playable game — right there on the spot. It’s a rare moment where the gap between “I have an idea” and “I made a game” nearly disappears.

Why This Matters

Gaming has traditionally required technical skill, funding, or a studio behind you. Meta AI’s prompt-to-game pipeline flips that script — positioning generative AI not just as a productivity tool but as a genuine creative outlet for the masses. If this pop-up succeeds, don’t be surprised if “prompt-built games” become a category of their own.
