It has the quality to support both mmWave and sub-6GHz 5G.

New Qualcomm Snapdragon 768G 5G SoC launched

MediaTek Dimensity 800U is built using a 7nm process and provides a downloadable speed up to 2.3Gbps. On the other hand, Exynos 1080 is built on a 5nm manufacturing process. MediaTek Dimesity 800U has two Arm Cortex-A76 processors and six Arm Cortex-A55 cores which can clock speeds up of 2.4GHz and 2.0GHz respectively.

In comparison to this, Snapdragon 768G has Adreno 620 GPU. This is better than the former product of Qualcomm as it offers an increase in performance by 20%. Snapdragon 768G also consists of Kryo 475 CPU. Even though it seems to be same as what was offered in Snapdragon 765G yet the company claims that the speed has been increased from 2.4GHz to 2.8GHz.

Samsung’s Exynos 1080 consists of an octa-core CPU with four Cortex-A78 cores and four Cortex-A55 units. The first Cortex-A78 core runs at a speed of 2.8GHz. The rest of the three can clock up to 2.6GHz. The four Cortex-A55 units can clock a speed up to 2.0GHz. Apart from this, it also has a Mali-G78 GPU.
