Maidaan, Actor Ajay Devgn‘s upcoming film has undergone some adjustments to its release date. Ajay took to Instagram on Monday to unveil a poster and provide additional information regarding the film’s release.

The poster displays the following message: “Paid previews begin Wednesday, April 10th from 6 pm. Maidaan hits theaters on Thursday, April 11th.” Ajay accompanied the post with the caption, “Save the date! #Maidaan premieres in Indian cinemas on April 10th, with exclusive previews starting at 6 pm. A wide release will follow on the Eid holiday, April 11th.” Overseas, Maidaan is set to release on April 10th.

Regarding comparisons between Maidaan and the 2007 blockbuster Chak De India, which depicted the journey of a former hockey player coaching the Indian women’s hockey team, Amit clarified, “While both films share the theme of achieving sports glory for India, the movie is based on a true story, whereas Chak De India was fictional. The underlying emotion of national pride through sports remains consistent. This sentiment is also echoed in ’83’.”
