What’s the Story?
Long Vacation follows Devil No. 3375, who arrives at a quiet seaside village in southern Korea on a reward vacation. There, he meets a human woman named Lee Deul Pan, falls head over heels, and in the process discovers emotions he never knew he had. It’s a slow-burn fantasy romance about healing, identity, and the kind of love that changes you forever.
Think supernatural warmth — less action, more heart. The concept of a supernatural being navigating human emotions is a well-loved trope in Korean storytelling, and fans of dramas like Guardian: The Lonely and Great God will feel right at home. The Dream Team Behind It
Director Lee Jeong Hyo previously helmed Crash Landing on You — one of the most-watched K-dramas in Netflix history — so expectations are sky-high. Writer Jung Hyun Jung brings emotional depth to the table with her track record on family and romance dramas.
For the leads, rising star Choo Young Woo (Mercy for None, Trauma Code) has been approached for the devil role, while the talented Lee Se Young (The Red Sleeve, The Crowned Clown) is in talks for the female lead. Both are beloved for their nuanced, emotionally resonant performances — a perfect fit.

When Can You Watch It?
Filming kicks off March 10, 2026 and runs through September 2026. Given that post-production typically takes several months, the earliest realistic release window is Q2 2027. Yes, it’s a long wait — but for a Lee Jeong Hyo project, absolutely worth it.
