Netflix has once again dropped a new trailer for cult supernatural drama series titled, ‘Lockwood & Co. Netflix seems to be setting itself apart as a go-to stop for YA novels for people who have come to experience a spooky and supernatural. Lockwood & Co. has determined to provide a spooky hunt for the young trio of teenage sleuths.
The new supernatural adaptation rakes you to an alternate reality where London has been covered by lingering spirits and ghosts from the afterlife. This is not quite a healthy blend for ghosts and living humans, so the paranormal must be evicted from this plane. However, the key has lied only to teenagers.
The story takes a turn while ghosts’ expulsion unveils the rise of many adult agencies by exploiting teenagers, who are the only members of society that can handle this malaise. We will see that there is competition on the way for the all-adult show for the teenage start-up company, Lockwood & Co. doing business without adult supervision and exploitation.Â
The new trailer features Lucy Carlyle the gifted ghost hunter who holds strong psychic powers that will leave soon to collaborate with the start-up company established by Anthony Lockwood and George Cubbins. Now, the trio is on the prowl going to hunt down vengeful spirits, with the tactics starting to catch the eye of authorities, having the threat of being shut down the looms.
The members of such other agencies on looking down on them when these agencies are set to lose control of London’s paranormal challenges. By entering into the vacuum are our young trio, bent on solving the hardest cases to establish themselves. It seems that death might be coming along with Lockwood & Co.Â
The brand-new supernatural TV series follows the author Jonathan Stroud’s children’s book series of the same title. Lockwood & Co. penned by Joe Cornish directs the detective thriller alongside Catherine Morshead and William McGregor. Serving as executive producers on the series are Nira Park, Rachael Prior, and Cornish.

The TV series features Ivanno Jeremiah, Luke Treadaway, Morven Christie, Jack Bandeira, Ben Crompton, Hayley Konadu, Rhianna Dorris, Paddy Holland, and Rico Vina. For serial viewers of Netflix offerings, one of the show’s lead actors will be a familiar face. Stokes, who portrays Lucy Carlyle, features in another Netflix series, Bridgerton, where she plays Francesca Bridgerton. However, her run in that role is at an end, as she is set to be replaced by Hannah Dodd when the third season returns.

Netflix has confirmed that the supernatural drama Lockwood & Co. will hit on 27th January 2023.
