Lenovo will be unveiling the Legion Y70 smartphone on the 13th of August in China, before the launch, a bunch of official images has surfaced that showcase its design. Going by the branding, it is the Legion Y70 smartphone and it is a gaming device but from the initial images, it has been rather toned down in comparison to the Legion Y90.

The Legion Y70 arrives with a triple camera setup featuring a 50MP primary sensor with Optical Image Stabilization, a 13MP ultrawide angle sensor, and a 2MP macro shooter. On the front, it has a 13MP selfie shooter and the TENAA listing revealed that it has a 6.58″ display, an AMOLED FHD+ one.
It will arrive with a high refresh rate of 144Hz and is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen1 chip paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It has a 4,800mAh battery with support for 68W charging. For biometrics, it has an in-display fingerprint scanner that runs on Android 12 OS with a ZUI custom skin. There is no information as of now with respect to its pricing but considering the launch is only a few days away, it will surface.
The smartphone will arrive in three color options namely Ice Soul White, Titanium Crystal Grey, and Flame Red, only the red version has the dual-tone design.
