Lenovo announced the Tab M8 (3rd Gen) as an upgraded version

Lenovo has announced a bunch of new products in the MWC. The launch includes several new and refreshed tablets, some new laptops and other smart home accessories. Lenovo launched three new tabs today including the Yoga Tab 13, Yoga Tab 11 and Tab P11 Plus. Apart from this, we have also seen the announcements of the refreshed versions of Tab M7 and Tab M8 as well. These two tablets are the 3rd generation of the lineup.

Lenovo Tab M8 is a budget offering from the company and it comes with some revamped specifications and two variants. One of which includes two pogo pins on the chassis. It lets users dock the Lenovo Tab M8 on the optional Smart Charger accessory, which keeps it powered at all times via a micro USB port.

Lenovo Tab M8 comes with an additional model designed to optimize Google Assistant’s ambient mode via the Smart Charging Station available on select models. With an all-metal build for clean lines and peak mobility, and offered in multiple memory variants – these competitively-priced devices are ideal for controlling your smart home from your couch.

The 8-inch Lenovo Tab M8 (3^rd Gen) is expected to be available in select markets later this year, not available in North America at this time. Pricing will vary per market.
