OnePlus and OPPO, two prominent smartphone manufacturers from China, are preparing to launch the next generation of their flagship devices following the successful release of the OnePlus 11 and OPPO Find X6 Pro. The upcoming smartphones, namely the OnePlus 12 and OPPO Find X7 Pro, have recently had some of their specifications leaked.
The Upcoming All New Oppo Find X7 Pro and OnePlus 12
The OnePlus 12 is rumored to be launched in China towards the end of this year, with a global release expected in the first quarter of 2024. The latest leaks suggest that the OnePlus 12 will support wired fast charging at an impressive 150W, along with wireless fast charging at 50W. Similarly, the OPPO Find X7 Pro is also expected to offer a wired fast charging capability of 100W and the same 50W wireless fast charging feature.
In addition to the charging specifications, there have been leaks about the display features of both devices. It is anticipated that both the OnePlus 12 and the OPPO Find X7 Pro will sport a curved 2K screen, providing immersive visual experiences. Furthermore, these displays are rumored to support high-frequency PWM dimming, ensuring smooth and flicker-free visuals. Additionally, the devices are expected to have slim bezels, maximizing the screen-to-body ratio and offering an immersive viewing experience.
These leaks originate from Digital Chat Station, a well-known tipster on the Weibo platform, who recently mentioned the imminent arrival of three smartphones equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. A Twitter user has identified two of these smartphones as the aforementioned OnePlus and OPPO models, further adding credibility to the leaks.
While not much is known about the OPPO Find X7 Pro at the moment, Digital Chat Station had previously provided some display specifications for the OnePlus 12 on Weibo. According to those leaks, the OnePlus 12 is likely to feature an OLED display panel with a centrally aligned punch-hole camera, ensuring an uninterrupted and immersive viewing experience.
