Lava Yuva 3: The Rumored Affordable Powerhouse

Launched on December 14, the Lava Yuva 3 Pro has generated speculation about a follow-up device, the Lava Yuva 3. This new entry-level smartphone offers users three color choices and showcases an AG glass back for added aesthetic appeal.

The Lava Yuva 3 Pro is driven by a Unisoc T616 SoC, coupled with 8GB of RAM. Noteworthy specifications include a dual rear camera setup featuring a prominent 50-megapixel main sensor, an HD+ display, a capacious 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support, and the convenience of a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Lava Yuva 3 is expected to come with Android 13 and later receive an upgrade to Android 14 along with two years of security updates. It is expected to feature 6.5 inches display offering HD+ resolution (720×1,600 pixels) and a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. The display is going to incorporate a centrally positioned hole punch cutout to accommodate the front-facing selfie shooter. And is rumored to run on an octa-core Unisoc T612 SoC and feature 4GB of RAM.

While details about the Lava Yuva 3’s camera specifications are currently unavailable, expectations suggest support for various camera modes, including HDR, portrait, panorama, burst, slow motion, night, and time-lapse photography. The phone is expected with 64GB of internal UFS 2.2 storage, expandable via a microSD card.

Connectivity options on the Lava Yuva 3 are going to be 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5, GPRS, OTG, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port. Authentication features may include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and support for face unlock. Additional sensors may include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor. The device is going to feature an AG glass back panel, adding a touch of sophistication.
