About Dragon and What’s Next

Dragon marks Jr NTR’s reunion with director Prashanth Neel, known for high-octane action franchises. In the film, Jr NTR plays Luger, an assassin caught up in a large-scale smuggling syndicate facing a major crackdown. The cast includes Rukmini Vasanth as the female lead, alongside Anil Kapoor, Biju Menon, and Sidhant Gupta, who reportedly stepped in after Tovino Thomas exited the project due to scheduling conflicts.

Beyond Dragon, Jr NTR has more high-profile projects lined up, including a mythological actioner with director Trivikram Srinivas centered on the deity Murugan, often revered as the God of War in Hindu tradition. With multiple big-ticket films on his plate, his recovery timeline will likely be watched closely by fans and industry trackers alike.
