Reliance Jio’s one of the biggest investor is FaceBook and last year they promised to make thing easier for everyone by closely integrating with FaceBook’s WhatsApp messaging platform. Obviously, in India the WhatsApp is very famous and everyone uses it, now, it could be even more useful now.

Jio has integrated with WhatsApp to bring what will be the most innovative product for customer empowerment in recent times. Keeping in mind that most smartphone users are familiar with WhatsApp and ensuring Jio customers get served at their comfort, Jio users will now be able to control their Mobility, Fiber and JioMart account via WhatsApp.

Jio users can get access to the following within WhatsApp:

  1. Jio SIM Recharge
  2. Get new Jio SIM or Port-In (MNP)
  3. Support for Jio SIM
  4. Support for JioFiber
  5. Support for International Roaming
  6. Support for JioMart

Multiple Languages: Jio Users can use these features in English and Hindi and will soon be made available in more Indian languages.

So, previously Jio launched their AGM bot on WhatsApp that handled few basic queries; however, now using the number 70007 70007, you will be able to do everything related to Jio.

This will help many people who find it difficult to recharge their accounts or even make payments for their bill and even order something from JioMart. An excellent initiative from Jio and shows its growing relationship with FaceBook.
