Jasprit Bumrah has broken the record of Indian legend Kapil Dev as he took his 100th Test wicket in only his 24th Test match for India. Bumrah took the wicket of Ollie Pope in the 2nd innings and in the process, he has now become the fastest Indian pace bowler to take 100 Test wickets.

India were playing England in Oval for the 4th Test match of the series when Bumrah achieved this record. India won the match to lead the series 2-1 and thus eliminating their chance of losing this Test series in England.
