With the iQOO Z9 Turbo heading the lineup, iQOO has formally announced the debut of its Z9 series in April. According to the business, the recently revealed Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 CPU will be included in the series.

Along with the iQOO Z9 Turbo, iQOO reportedly intends to release two more smartphones in the Z9 series: the iQOO Z9 and the iQOO Z9x. It is expected that various chipsets, possibly including the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 and Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, will be included in these forthcoming products.
The Z9 Turbo was first alluded to and some important specifications were released by trustworthy source Digital Chat Station. According to leaks, the Turbo will include a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED display with 2800×1260 resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and 2160Hz PWM dimming. It’s also anticipated that the gadget would forgo its plastic construction in favor of better materials and construction quality.
Today, Qualcomm revealed the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, which places itself slightly below the existing Gen 3 and promised tremendous performance. Three Cortex-A520 cores, four Cortex A720 cores, and one Cortex-X4 prime core make up the CPU’s configuration. With an 18-bit triple cognitive ISP, it delivers powerful image and video processing capabilities and supports up to 24GB of LPDDR5x RAM.
It is anticipated that the iQOO Z9 Turbo would have two cameras: a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a secondary sensor, the specifications of which have not yet been revealed.
