iQOO Z6 5G launches in India with the Snapdragon 695 chip and a 120Hz refresh rate

The iQOO Z6 5G has launched in India, the new smartphone has been dubbed as the fastest 5G device in its price range. Let us take a detailed look at the specs of the device.

The iQOO Z6 5G features a 6.58″ FHD+ LCD display with a screen-to-body ratio of 90.61% and a DCI P3 color gamut. It supports a high refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. It offers an amazing gaming experience and in terms of design, the brand has integrated a 5-layer liquid cooling system that keeps the device cool.

iQOO has placed an emphasis on its design with the iQOO Z6 5G and it measures 8.25mm in thickness and weighs 186g. It also has a flat design with rounded corners, a triple camera setup, and a notch display. The device has a 2.5D flat frame design with an AG finish. In the biometrics department, the iQOO Z6 has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The device is powered by the Snapdragon 695 chipset which supports 5G, the chip is based on a 6nm process and it has been paired with up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging and reverse charging as well.

The device runs on FunTouch OS 12 that is based on Android 12 OS out-of-the-box. Connectivity options vary from Bluetooth support, MicroSD slot, 3.5mm headphone jack, and virtual RAM of up to 4GB.

In the optics department, the iQOO Z6 5G has a 50MP primary sensor, a 2MP bokeh lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. The front lens is a 16MP selfie shooter. The smartphone features Eye Autofocus which lets users maintain a stable and clear focus on the subject.

The pricing of the device is arguably one of the strongest points of the iQOO Z6 5G, it costs 15,999 INR for the 4GB+128GB variant, 16,999 INR for the 6GB+128GB variant, and 17,999 INR for the 8GB+128GB variant.

The iQOO Z6 5G comes in Chromatic Blue and Dynamo Black colors. The device will go on sale from the 22nd of March 2022.
